Reservations
Fellows applying or accepted for a seat via the Fellows application process:
CRF will reserve and pay for your hotel room on your behalf. Do not register and do not make your own hotel reservations or contact the hotel directly for reservations.

Discounted Rate
Take advantage of the special Fellows Course 2026 attendee rate of $369 per night (standard room, excluding taxes and hotel fees). This discounted rate is available only through the official booking link included in your registration confirmation email and is subject to availability.
Booking Deposit and Fees
An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. A daily resort fee of $35 per room plus applicable taxes will apply for each night of your stay.
Booking Deadline
Reserve your room by Friday, April 17, 2026, 11:59 PM EDT (UTC −4) to secure the Fellows Course 2026 discounted rate (subject to availability). After this date, rooms will be available on a space-available basis only. Note that discounted rooms may sell out before this date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations will result in a charge for one night’s stay, plus applicable taxes and fees, per the hotel’s policy.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is just 12 miles west of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the official Fellows Course 2026 hotel and meeting venue. You’ll find taxis and ride-share services on the ground transportation level of the terminals.

If you choose to drive to Miami Beach, valet parking is available at the hotel.
- Valet: Prices are variable and may range from $50 plus tax for daily vehicles to $72 plus tax for overnight vehicles. Rates are determined via dynamic pricing and are available up to one week prior to the meeting.
