Fellows 2026 Exhibit Booth LOA
Booth Space Contract and full payment must be received by Thursday, April 23, 2026.
Booth Details
- Standard booth sizes: 10 'x 10', or 10' x 20'
- Inline layout (straight-line configuration)
- Maximum height: 8'
Exhibitors must represent products and services that promote pharmacological and device-based interventional vascular therapy or enhancements to the health care profession.
Standard Booths:
- 10'x10' - $30,000 -- Includes (2) Industry Professional Full Access Badges
- 10'x20' - $35,000 -- Includes (4) Industry Professional Full Access Badges
Booth Fee Includes:
- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high draped side dividers
- 11”x 17" company identification sign
- Booth space
- Badge allotment (outlined above)
- Promotion/Marketing
- One-time use of the Fellows Course preregistration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days pre-conference
- One-time use of the Fellows Course final registration mailing list, provided electronically 30 days post-conference
- Company description listed on the Fellows Course website and the CRF Events App
- General E-blast promotion from CRF
Please note the following:
- Exhibit booths are standard 10’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height for each booth is 8’.
- Furniture, electric and AV are NOT included in the booth space cost. Exhibitors may bring or ship their own, or order through the Exhibitor Service Kit.
- IMPORTANT: Shipments MUST NOT include any crates, boxes, cases, or similar items that exceed 9'-0" (L) x 4'-5" (W) x 7'-0 (H)
