- Standard booth sizes: 10 'x 10', or 10' x 20'
- Inline layout (straight-line configuration)
- Maximum height: 8'
Exhibitors must represent products and services that promote pharmacological and device-based interventional vascular therapy or enhancements to the health care profession.

Please note the following:
- Exhibit booths are standard 10’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height for each booth is 8’.
- Furniture, electric and AV are NOT included in the booth space cost. Exhibitors may bring or ship their own, or order through the Exhibitor Service Kit.
- IMPORTANT: Shipments MUST NOT include any crates, boxes, cases, or similar items that exceed 9'-0" (L) x 4'-5" (W) x 7'-0 (H)

We’re offering six exclusive 20‑minute tour slots (three on Friday and three on Saturday), each dedicated to a different industry partner. During the tour, groups of fellows will rotate through your booth, with a faculty guide, for engaging 20‑minute sessions—giving your team a unique opportunity to showcase technology, share insights, and build meaningful relationships with future leaders in the field.

Participation Fee: $2,500.00
One slot per exhibiting company. Slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We’re bringing back the popular “passport game” experience, now reimagined as the Fellows Scavenger Hunt! Designed to increase engagement, this interactive game encourages Fellows to visit each booth in the exhibit hall, explore featured products and solutions, and answer quick questions or complete short challenges. Completing all tasks earns participants a chance to win a $250 gift card, making it a fun, rewarding way to connect exhibitors and Fellows while reinforcing key concepts showcased during the event.
