The CRF^® 31st Annual Interventional Cardiology Fellows Course™ is a four-day, case-based educational program. It covers essential topics and key concepts in interventional cardiology through in-depth discussions. This program offers an opportunity to refresh existing skills and acquire new ones. Fellows, early-career physicians, nurses, and technologists can enhance their expertise across all facets of coronary, structural, and endovascular interventions.

The conference dates are May 14–17, 2026, in Miami Beach, Florida. Fellows who are selected to attend via the application process must attend and participate in the entire course.

Fellows Course 2026 takes place on-site at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, in Miami Beach, USA. TCTMD^® Platinum and Gold members have access to on-demand content.

Fellows Course 2026 is not CME-accredited. However, you can claim a certificate of attendance.

We will send you a post-course survey for your feedback. After you complete the survey, your certificate of attendance will be available to download.

Yes! Nonapplicant fellows are welcome to attend, and the registration fee is waived. Take advantage of no-fee registration while you are enrolled in a fellowship training program.

Yes! Fellows Course 2026 is also designed for a broad audience, including physicians, industry professionals, nurses, technologists, and others. Please see the registration page for information on how to attend as a paid registrant.

The process is different for registrants and accepted applicants.

• Fellows accepted through the application process: CRF will reserve and pay for your hotel room on your behalf. Do not make your own hotel reservations or contact the hotel directly for reservations. Hotel reservations you make independently will not be honored for reimbursement. You will receive detailed information about hotel and travel in your Fellows Course 2026 acceptance letter.
• Registrants: You must book your hotel through our hotel booking link to receive the discounted group rate. You must register for the conference first to receive the booking link. To avoid scams: Book ONLY through the CRF link provided in your confirmation email.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest, just 12 miles west of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the official Fellows Course 2026 hotel and meeting venue.

Sessions generally run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM the first two days and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the final day. Please see the schedule posted in the Program Guide and the Program at a Glance when they become available on this website.

There is no formal dress code. Attendees typically dress business casual. Check the weather report for Miami Beach.
